superb access to parks and museums for weekend explorers

I loved the convenience of this hotel being just less than a 5-minute walk from great restaurants and almost 2 km from beautiful Holland Park, where I enjoyed relaxing strolls amidst the greenery every afternoon. the room was clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff made my solo stay feel welcoming and enjoyable.

Would recommend for a getaway

Immaculate room, excellent amenities, with a fridge and microwave making our stay comfortable. The location is convenient as it's just a 10-minute stroll from the metro station.

The room on the top floor lacked air-conditioning, so it turned into a sweatbox with only a fan for relief. The bathroom felt cramped, barely accommodating more than one person at a time, and having water issues during showers was a hassle. Plus, you’ll need to prepare for some serious legwork, as there are no lifts, meaning lugging heavy suitcases up three flights might be tough on your back.

the room was actually bigger than what i thought, comfy for just me. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. plus, the place was clean and just right for the price, especially in london. loved having warm water whenever i needed it and a big window made the room feel cozy. location was sweet, only 10 minutes to both hammersmith n shepherd's bush stations.

gotta say tho, the room felt a bit noisy at times since it was on a main road.

Lack of air conditioning!!! Noise from street traffic can be disruptive!!! Bathroom space feels cramped and awkward to use!!!

i stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised! the room was larger than expected, cozy with a lovely big window. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my stopover really enjoyable.

the heating was a bit inconsistent.

the room had the basics like a private bath n bed, which was ok. nearby shops n a decent thai place to eat too. its like a 10-15 min walk to hammersmith station, so that wasn't too bad.

but the room was super tiny n the towels were kinda old n gross. also, the breakfast was like really basic and a bit crowded.

I had a lovely stay at the Hellenic. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. Though the room felt a bit cramped at times, the spot's great location allowed me easy access to local shops and the tube. A small, clean room for one person with nice staff, perfect for a short sleep, although the bed could use some improvement. It’s a bit noisy due to nearby traffic, and the breakfast left something to be desired. Still, a decent place considering the price.

The location is amazing, with a 15-minute walk to shops and just 20 minutes to a concert at the Apollo. My triple room was spacious and comfy, just what we needed for our stay.

Staff was super helpful. Wi-Fi was reliable which was a plus. Breakfast had warm options like eggs and beans, kept the energy up for exploring.

The triple room with a private bathroom was spacious enough for our group. The location offered easy access to the city center, making it a convenient base for sightseeing.

Some of the rooms were smaller than expected for a group of 12.

Single solo adventure worth it

The room was pretty decent for one person, much bigger than you’d expect. Loved that big window next to the bed-got a nice cozy vibe every time I looked out.

It wasn't cheap, but you know, for London standards, I could live with it.
